Warehouse Office Coordinator (Bilingual KOR/ENG)

The Warehouse Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions within the H Mart’s warehouse. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication between warehouse staff, management, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes, ensuring timely and organized documentation of deliveries, and supporting inventory management through periodic stock checks. The administrator will also oversee office operations, including supply management and equipment maintenance, while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. A successful candidate will be diligent in handling administrative tasks, anticipating potential issues, and taking initiative to maintain efficient warehouse operations. Additionally, they must be adaptable to assist with other duties assigned by the warehouse manager as needed. Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining comprehensive records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving processes Schedule Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely preparation and smooth execution Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of delivery processes, including timestamps, quantities, and source/destination information Communication: Facilitate effective communication between warehouse staff, management, and external vendors Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory control and assist in periodic stock checks Office Operations: Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and support general office organization Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures Other duties assigned by the warehouse manager Qualifications / Skills Proficiency in Office Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accurate records and pay attention to detail.
