Customer Service RepresentativeRANCHO DOMINGUEZ, CA 90220; CARSON, CA 90745## OverviewSalary Range$23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob ShiftDayTravel PercentageNone## Description### **Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)**We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate order processing, and exceptional service. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage customer accounts and ensure timely, accurate service.* Process orders and maintain customer records using company systems/WMS.* Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoices, and orders.* Coordinate shipments, container dispatch/returns, and inventory activities.* Communicate delays, discrepancies, and service updates to customers.* Collaborate with operations and other departments to meet service expectations.* Maintain account procedures and documentation.* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.**Position Type:** Temporary-to-Hire **Schedule:** Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* 1-2 years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.* Willingness to learn and be trained on company systems, processes, and procedures.* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
