Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, high-value projects from tender through substantial completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and change order management across multiple concurrent projects
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
• Chair site meetings, oversee project documentation, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Champion safety culture and enforce regulatory compliance at all times
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and proactive communication
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks with strategic problem-solving

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a track record of senior-level leadership
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry best practices
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
