Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: On-site | 5 days per week
Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the AP process, thrives in a steady workflow, and wants to work in a relaxed office environment that truly values work/life balance .

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Process a moderate volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Post invoices and maintain organized AP records
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Manage P-card transactions and approve charges in line with company policy
- Support the accounting team with additional AP and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting support role
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing, three-way match, and check runs
- Experience handling expense reports and employee P-cards
- Intermediate Excel skills , including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, in-office setting
