Manager needed for a gas station, experience is a plus. Serious individuals only, please. Schedule must be flexible, and reliable transportation is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily store and fuel operations, handle cash, run point-of-sale systems, and maintain facility cleanliness.
Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate employees to ensure smooth shifts and great customer service.
Inventory Control: Monitor fuel levels, coordinate deliveries, and order convenience store merchandise like snacks and drinks.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and federal fire, environmental, and labor laws regarding hazardous materials and wage rules.
Financial Management: Track sales, manage budgets, process invoices, and work to maximize station profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous retail, food service, or fuel management experience (often 2–5 years preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, basic math, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk on hard surfaces, and lift up to 35 lbs.
