Position: Mortgage Loan Originator Location: Henderson, NV Job Type: Full-Time Company: Village Capital and Investment LLC About Us: Village Capital & Investment LLC is a growing mortgage company headquartered in Henderson, NV. We're looking for licensed, experienced Loan Officers who are driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping borrowers refinance with confidence. We specialize in VA and FHA cash-out refinance loans and provide exclusive warm leads from our servicing portfolio of 70,000+ loans. Our dedicated outbound dialing team and marketing engine bring the clients to you-so you can focus on what you do best: closing loans. What You'll Do: Handle inbound transfers and outbound calls to guide borrowers through the refinance process Build quick rapport and transition leads to full loan applications Clearly explain VA, FHA, and conventional refinance benefits Manage 30-120 daily calls/emails/texts using pre-scripted communication Collaborate with operations to ensure fast, accurate closings Maintain compliance and professional conduct throughout the process What We're Looking For: Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain) 1+ year of inside sales or call center experience preferred Experience with VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loans Comfortable working with CRMs, Google Suite, and loan origination systems (Encompass preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to multitask High school diploma or equivalent Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a criminal and credit background check Why Work With Us?
