To learn more about our Building Products division, visit facility is a Tobacco-Free Workplace.What You Will DoDemonstrate strong commitment to safety by following all environmental, PPE, and safety standards to support an injury-free workplaceTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to improve reliability, efficiency, and uptimeCollaborate with team members to solve problems and support production goalsMaintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and organized work environmentCommunicate work performed and equipment status clearly, both verbally and in writingSupport quality outcomes by minimizing waste and contributing to production and performance goalsFollow and interpret work instructions and maintenance schedules to complete planned work effectivelyWork in industrial conditions (hot, cold, humid, noisy environments) while maintaining focus on safety and qualityTake ownership of work, operate with minimal supervision, and support training and development of teammatesPerform physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, walking, pushing, twisting, stooping) with or without reasonable accommodationWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience troubleshooting conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumpsExperience installing, aligning, repairing, and replacing industrial equipmentExperience with fabrication, welding, and cutting torchExperience operating hoisting and lifting devicesExperience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, and gearboxesExperience with precision alignment of motors and couplingsExperience reading blueprints, technical drawings, or hydraulic schematicsWhat Will Put You Ahead2 or more years of Mechanical or technical training (e.g., vocational, military, or hands-on experience)Experience working in a wood products or manufacturing environment
