Labor Compliance Specialist
Pay Rate: $32 - $43/hr

We're partnering with a growing construction and infrastructure organization seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist to support a portfolio of active California projects. This role offers the chance to take ownership of compliance efforts, work closely with project leadership, and play a key role in keeping large-scale projects running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Review and audit certified payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and public works requirements
- Partner with project teams, subcontractors, payroll, and legal stakeholders
- Support audits, investigations, and agency inquiries
- Identify compliance risks and help drive corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of labor compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll
- Familiarity with California DIR requirements
- Experience with LCPtracker or similar systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
