Physical Therapist - Outpatient

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Physical Therapist to work at an outpatient practice in Schenectady, NY.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 5x8.
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote healing.
• Track patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and encouragement.
• Educate patients and their families about the goals and benefits of physical therapy, as well as the importance of at-home exercises and self-care.
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes for insurance and legal purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Active New York State (NYS) license.
• BLS certification required.
