Residential Aide & Front Desk Supervisor — Shelter Care

Volunteers of America–Greater New York seeks a Residential Aide to support clients and guests, greeting, coordinating non-clinical needs, and ensuring safety within the facility. The role orients clients to the program, enforces rules, and supports daily operations at the Pugsley Hotel Family Shelter in the Bronx. Required: high school degree or GED; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler's certifications within 90 days; valid driver’s license preferred.
