Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based experience with grades 3-12 preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of various disabilities including SLI, autism, OHI, LD, and a willingness to support students with possible hearing impairments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and students

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 30-35 students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consult with teachers on strategies for classroom success
• Maintain all required documentation in compliance with school and state policies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
