What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain employee schedules

• Handle call-outs and coverage changes

• Keep staffing needs organized and moving

• Build positive relationships with employees

• Control labor costs through effective scheduling and coverage planning

• Communicate with department leaders

• Keep scheduling records accurate and up to date

What You Bring to the Table:

• Staffing or scheduling experience

• SNF experience preferred

• Payroll experience is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfort juggling multiple priorities

• Microsoft Office skills

What You Get:

• $70,000–$73,000 salary, Health Insurance, Paid time off, Full-time stability
