If schedules, spreadsheets, staffing changes, and last-minute surprises don't scare you, we'd love to talk. We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who can keep schedules organized, coverage moving, and daily staffing needs under control.
We love a proactive problem-solver who can spot a staffing issue before it becomes a bigger one!
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain employee schedules
Handle call-outs and coverage changes
Keep staffing needs organized and moving
Build positive relationships with employees
Control labor costs through effective scheduling and coverage planning
Communicate with department leaders
Keep scheduling records accurate and up to date
What You Bring to the Table:
Staffing or scheduling experience
SNF experience preferred
Payroll experience is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort juggling multiple priorities
Microsoft Office skills
