Software Engineer

This opportunity is based in the United States and focuses on designing, building, and supporting mission-critical software for advanced unmanned aircraft systems using C#/.NET, embedded systems technologies, cloud infrastructure, and modern CI/CD practices. Duration: Full‑Time Permanent Position Required Skills & Experience 8–15+ years of professional software engineering experience Deep expertise in C#/.NET development Strong proficiency with C/C++, Python, or Matlab/Simulink Experience developing high‑reliability or safety‑critical systems Proven background in real‑time embedded software development Experience with autonomous systems, UAS, robotics, or mission‑critical applications Advanced Git/GitHub workflow experience Strong experience with Visual Studio and software development best practices Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud environments Scripting and automation experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Python Strong software architecture and system design skills Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills Desired Skills & Experience Aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, or other regulated industry experience Experience with flight‑critical software systems Knowledge of verification, validation, and certification processes Security clearance or ability to obtain one Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools Familiarity with real‑time middleware technologies Exposure to AI/ML applications for autonomy systems Experience supporting airworthiness and qualification efforts What You Will Be Doing 50% C#/.NET, Embedded Systems, and Real‑Time Software Development 25% Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, and Automation 25% Systems Integration, Testing, and Architecture #J-18808-Ljbffr
