Role We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Platform Service Delivery team within Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services, reporting to the Manager, Cloud Operations, Platform Service Delivery. This is a fully remote position or if based in San Jose, CA, requires presence in the office three days a week. You will support our growing platform programs by managing a unique blend of technical project management and vendor relations. This role requires a hands‑on technical background in data center services, carrier networks, and infrastructure to deliver creative solutions in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Plan, implement, document, and manage new data center and expansion sites, including colocation space, IP transit, and structured fiber cabling.

Partner with third‑party vendors to ensure seamless order management and delivery of platform services.

Coordinate across functional teams to streamline communications and keep technical documentation current.

Interpret carrier KMZs and leverage knowledge of DWDM technology and dark fiber to ensure site implementations align with diverse routing requirements.

Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during site test and turn‑up activities.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

7+ years of project management experience with a focus on IP transit carriers and data center technologies.

Professional experience and deep understanding of global data center operations and carrier services.

Proven track record of executing on tight timelines and managing complex vendor relationships.

Demonstrated ability to manage and organize high volumes of project‑related communications and documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team‑oriented environment.

The range displayed for this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and may vary based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full‑time position excludes commission/bonus/equity (if applicable) + benefits. Base Pay Range $101,500 – $140,000 USD.
