Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is looking for a Maintenance Technician whos skilled, dependable, and safety-focused to help maintain our facilities and equipment at peak performance.What Youll Do:Perform daily maintenance and repairs to ensure machinery and facilities run efficientlySupport the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating projects and prioritiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and air compressor systemsTackle a mix of technical and hands-on tasks — from equipment repair to snow removal and paintingKeep safety at the forefront of everything you doWhat Were Looking For:At least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, and pumps (mag/diaphragm)Welding experience is a plusAble to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and switch between technical and general maintenance tasksOrganized, punctual, and ready to jump in when something needs immediate attentionSolid communication and teamwork skillsWilling to work occasional overtime when neededReliable references from past supervisors or customersWho You Are:Youre resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive — the kind of person who takes pride in fixing problems before anyone notices them.
