Office Assistant
Are you a reliable professional with a knack for organization and a passion for providing great service? A local manufacturing facility in Fox Lake is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. This is a direct-hire position, meaning you are hired directly by the company from day one.
Position - Office assistant
Responsibilities
- Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls and managing the company email inbox.
- Data Management: Maintain and update essential spreadsheets to keep the shop's operations running smoothly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and organized.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly support to clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Excel Proficiency: You should be comfortable navigating and updating data within Microsoft Excel.
- Reliability: We need someone who is dependable and takes pride in showing up and doing a great job every day.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must for handling phones and emails.
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" approach to helping customers and supporting the manufacturing team.
