Position Summary Supervision and performance of all necessary accounting functions Development and management of financial planning and forecasting Management of company reception, A/P, A/R, shipping coordination, and IT Management and execution of all human resources functions Key participant on the executive leadership team Requirements Strong expertise in financial planning and finance to develop and execute financial strategies effectively. Skill and comfort in reporting financial performance to owners Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing financial statements and financial reporting 5+ years of experience in financial management Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in building and maintaining work-related relationships with all levels of people Strong organizational and leadership acumen Proven ability to manage all financial aspects of a manufacturing organization and work collaboratively with executive leadership Strong command of the English language Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Broad understanding of Human Resource management concepts, methodologies and practices, and basic legalities pertaining to labor law Preferred These are qualifications that would be nice to have and are not required.
