Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description Electrosoft Inc is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of cleared and uncleared billable full-time IT positions. This role involves building relationships with program management, business development, and human resources. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment, and creative and analytical problem-solving abilities to succeed. The chosen candidate will have a proven track record in Information Technology government contracting recruiting. Responsibilities: Full life cycle recruitment for billable positions, primarily in the areas of cybersecurity compliance and operations, identity credential and access management, enterprise IT modernization & optimization, and software solutions development & sustainment Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and initiating the offer letter. Lead the upfront involvement with hiring manager to fully understand the role, and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirements Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and referrals Work with managers and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and ensure practices follow HR regulatory compliance. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Source passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources Qualifications: At least 8-10 years of proven experience in full life cycle, government contract recruitment, within the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian government agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying and closing candidates across all levels of the talent spectrum and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done The successful candidate will have a proven track record of full life cycle recruiting as a talent acquisition professional and possess strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions. Experience working within prime and sub-contracting positions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools. Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects. Bachelor's degree desired/preferred.
