Job description

We are seeking a motivated administrative assistant to join our tax team. Reporting to the US Tax Director, the administrative assistant will have a key position by supporting the team on a day-to-day basis.

Team player, the qualified candidate needs with strong organizational and communication skills and must possess the ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks for the tax team, including contract management with our various service providers;

• In coordination with our team based in Mexico, oversee invoice processing and ensure timely payment to suppliers;

• Coordinate the payment of taxes to IRS and state agencies and maintain accurate records;

• Liaise with internal departments and external partners as required;

• Assist team members in specific tax-related tasks and projects;

• Support the preparation and filing of relevant documentation;

• Maintain orderly digital and physical filing systems;

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize team events when needed.

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to finance or taxation is a plus (but not mandatory).
