Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality neurotoxin injections, dermal filler applications, and an array of laser treatments according to established protocols and patient needs.
• Conduct thorough skincare consultations, assess individual patient conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment packages and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and charting of patient records, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Implement follow-up protocols to assess patient progress and retention, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols, maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment for both patients and staff.
• Stay informed about industry changes and advancements through continuous education, enhancing your professional knowledge and skills.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting our services and products, thereby contributing to the growth and revenue of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on adult patients seeking solutions to dermatological concerns, particularly acne treatment and aesthetic enhancements. You'll develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients, guiding them through their skincare journeys and advising them on maintaining optimal results post-treatment. The diversity of our clientele necessitates a compassionate, understanding approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medspa environment or a related clinical setting, particularly with a focus on aesthetics.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant, with all necessary certifications in good standing.
• A professional demeanor complemented by a warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner that fosters trust and rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Advanced certifications such as Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or PA-C will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
