The next step is to bring AR and revenue accounting to public-company standards, at scale, and closer to our fastest-growing market. This is why we are creating a Revenue Accounting & Order-to-Cash role in the US.You will own the full AR and revenue accounting cycle for the Group, manage our AR Accountant based in Paris, and report to our Head of Accounting, Tax & Consolidation, also in Paris. Designed for an experienced AR or order-to-cash manager who already owns revenue recognition and wants to grow into a Group revenue leadership role.This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office.What You'll DoYou'll own Quote-to-Cash and revenue accounting for a fast-growing, multi-entity group, one function, one owner, full accountability. Working remotely with a small team across Paris and the US, you'll shape how revenue is recognized, closed, collected and reported as we build toward our next stage, and use Pigment, NetSuite and AI to make that engine faster and more automated than most finance teams get to.Own Quote-to-Cash for the Group. From contract review and invoicing to collections and close, you run the full cycle and are accountable for its accuracy, speed and cash impact.Be the revenue recognition authority. IFRS 15 (ASC 606 equivalent) end to end: performance obligations, SSP, multi-element and multi-year deals, modifications, and the technical memos that back our numbers.Run a fast, reliable revenue close. Revenue recognition, deferred revenue, contract assets, ARR-to-revenue bridge, and variance analysis with FP&A — numbers leadership can act on.Turn receivables into cash, globally. Own DSO, aging, dunning, credit policy and disputes; manage escalations and external recovery partners.Automate the function. Design and document controls, eliminate manual steps, and use Pigment-native workflows and AI to shrink close and reconciliation effort, with NetSuite and Salesforce as systems of record.Shape deals before they're signed. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal and RevOps on structuring, billing terms and pricing; act as accounting lead for our US teams and customers, including sales tax alongside our Head of Tax.Who You Are8+ years in accounting or order-to-cash, including 3+ years leading AR, billing or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or a high-growth scale-upDeep, hands-on ASC 606 expertise: you've owned revenue recognition for real contracts, defended positions with auditors, and can explain them to non-accountants (IFRS 15 and CPA a plus)Proven first-line manager who stays hands-on: 1:1s, structured feedback, performance conversations, hiring — ideally including remote or cross-time-zone teamsTrack record leading cross-functional projects (billing/ERP implementations, credit policy, audit remediation, close redesign); IPO readiness or SOX 404 experience a plusStrong command of Quote-to-Cash and SaaS metrics (ARR, deferred revenue, DSO, billings), hands-on with NetSuite and Salesforce, and advanced in Excel/Google Sheets with a drive to automate beyond spreadsheetsBachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; fluent English (French a plus)How You WorkClear communicator and owner: you adapt a revenue accounting position for a Sales leader or an auditor alike, set the bar on accuracy and deadlines, solve problems at the root cause under pressure, and are accountable for your team's OKRs and numbersCoach and role model who invests in people, champions fairness and inclusion, and builds trust across functions and geographiesHow We WorkThrive Together: We can only win as a team.
