What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient Gastroenterology services including EGD, colonoscopies, ERCP, stent placements, biopsies, and other procedures listed.
• Respond to urgent call cases, including active bleeding and other routine emergencies.
• Perform advanced procedures such as ERCP, esophageal dilation, and foreign body removal.
• Collaborate with support staff for efficient patient care delivery.
• Manage a diverse patient population with complex needs, emphasizing relationship-building and communication.
• Document procedures accurately using the Meditech EMR system.
• Participate in patient education and follow-up care.

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Kentucky (preferred)
• Significant experience in Gastroenterology (12+ procedures daily)
• Skilled in endoscopy, biopsies, and advanced interventions including ERCP
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle complex patient cases including non-compliant and high-need individuals
