Trauma Sales Representative- Pasadena, CA

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Pasadena and Los Angeles area to develop territory sales strategies, provide clinical support during trauma procedures, and maintain relationships with healthcare providers. The role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets for trauma products
- Provide clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including emergency cases
- Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, emergency department personnel, and decision-makers
- Manage inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets for product availability and operational readiness
- Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of sales, clinical healthcare, or combined experience
- Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Field-based work with 30% travel
- Experience in operating room, medical device sales, or clinical support preferred
- Knowledge of surgical inventory and consignment asset management preferred
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
