Trauma Sales Representative- Los Angeles, CA

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Los Angeles area to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare facilities. The field-based role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support emergency cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Stryker trauma product lines and competitor offerings
• Provide product consultation and training to surgeons during operating room situations
• Manage and maintain trauma product inventory for rapid availability
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital and surgical teams
• Attend sales and professional association meetings as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Ability to work in operating room and emergency room environments
• Relationship-building experience with surgeons and hospitals preferred
• Compliance knowledge and commitment to ethical business practices

Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
