Join our growing field team as a part-time Brand Ambassador, representing OSEA at retail partners including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. We are looking for someone with strong beauty retail experience who is confident on the selling floor, loves skincare, and enjoys connecting with customers and store teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in beauty retail, is comfortable driving sales through genuine customer interaction, and can independently support and execute in-store events and activations. They should feel at home in a busy retail environment and be able to quickly build relationships with store leadership and associates. Existing relationships with Ulta Beauty and/or Nordstrom store teams are highly valued.

Requirements

• Share the OSEA brand story and confidently educate customers and store teams on our products, ingredients, and approach to skincare
• Drive sales through genuine customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong product knowledge
• Support and execute in-store events and activations at Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom
• Help create an elevated and engaging customer experience during events and everyday store support
• Build strong relationships with store leadership, beauty advisors, and other retail team members
• Perform product demonstrations, skincare consultations, and mini-treatments on the selling floor
• Support store teams with ongoing product education and brand knowledge
• Manage a schedule across multiple retail locations with autonomy and reliability
• Work toward established sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Complete timely recaps of store visits and events, including sales results, customer feedback, and helpful insights from the field
• Share feedback and opportunities that can help us continue to improve the customer and retail experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in beauty retail, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or a related retail environment preferred
• Confidence working on the selling floor and approaching and engaging customers
• Experience supporting or executing in-store events, activations, or retail selling events
• Experience with Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, or similar beauty retailers is highly valued
• Familiarity with skincare products, ingredients, routines, and common skincare terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your time in store
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple store locations and priorities
• Esthetician license or practical skincare experience is a plus
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools for scheduling and reporting
• This position is based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA to perform duties.

Compensation & Structure

• $25-30 per hour. The actual hourly offer rate will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Part-time
• Flexible hours based on store and event needs
• W-2 employment through AllWork, Inc. in support of OSEA retail programs and events

This position is a W-2 role employed by AllWork, Inc. and assigned to support OSEA's retail programs and brand initiatives. OSEA directs day-to-day work responsibilities, while AllWork manages employment administration and payroll.
