Remote Regulatory Counsel - High-Risk (Gaming & Payments)

Finix

Finix is hiring a Regulatory Counsel to partner with Product and Sales as we build and launch payment products in the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on gaming and gambling regulation. You will analyze laws, shape product requirements, and provide clear guidance on what is allowed and under what conditions, while keeping sponsor bank and card network requirements in view. The role reports to the Head of Legal and requires a JD with strong regulatory experience in payments, fintech, or #J-18808-Ljbffr
