Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Patent Agent to partner with R&D, manufacturing and legal stakeholders to protect Cepheid’s intellectual property. You will draft and prosecute patent applications in molecular biology and life sciences, conduct freedom-to-operate analyses, direct outside counsel on global filings, and train teams on invention disclosure and IP protection.
