Insurance Support Associate

As an Insurance Support Associate, you will serve as an essential team member delivering exceptional, customer-focused care across 10+ lines of business and 46 states. In this entry-level role, you will assist clients via chat and email, manage case documentation, and direct claims to the appropriate channels. You will gain foundational operational expertise while taking advantage of defined advancement pathways that offer expanded responsibilities and rewards. Location: 100% on site in Westlake, TX 76262 Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 7:00pm, with rotating Saturday every 4-6 weeks Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in insurance service or non-call support.
• Operational Skills: Ability to manage 5–10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards.
• Communication: Problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Active Texas P&C License is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional support via email, live chat, and/or text
• Identify and document key case details, resolving or redirecting issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and follow through on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
• Unwavering delivery of meeting or exceeding defined accuracy and turnaround benchmarks, ensuring casework is completed with precision and speed in alignment with service-level expectations
• Placing the client first in all interactions – obsession with client experience
