Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist - Team Member. Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Perform administrative, office support activities and customer service. Field telephone calls, receive and direct visitors. Word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, and file documents. Use software skills, internet research abilities and communicate effectively. File paperwork. Schedule appointments. Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including mail billings. Update policyholders contact information. Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to customers. Benefits Starting hourly pay $15 per hour with increase after obtaining customer service license. Requirements Must be fluent in English and Spanish Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (must be able to obtain - we will pay for licensing) Must be dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients. Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work. Must have a clean criminal background; background check will be performed.
