Jericho HR is partnering with a client to hire a proven sales hunter with a track record of personally winning $10M–$20M fulfillment and supply-chain contracts.

Experience selling fulfillment solutions to health, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and personal-care brands is a primary focus of this search.

This opportunity is ideal for a seller who understands how consumer brands operate across direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels, and can turn complex operational needs into compelling business solutions.

The Opportunity

You will drive new-customer acquisition across a North American portfolio of fulfillment, transportation, and payment solutions. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role focused on originating opportunities, building executive relationships, and closing substantial new business.

What You Will Do

• Identify, pursue, and win new consumer-brand and retail customers, with particular emphasis on health, beauty, and personal care.
• Own the full sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and discovery through solution development, executive presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop account strategies and build relationships with decision-makers across supply chain, operations, technology, and senior leadership.
• Partner with internal teams to develop B2C and B2B fulfillment solutions covering retail replenishment, returns, value-added services, peak demand, automation, and multi-node networks.
• Build persuasive value propositions supported by ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets, maintain accurate forecasts, and identify opportunities to expand solutions within existing accounts.

 What You Bring

• Demonstrated success personally sourcing and closing complex fulfillment or contract-logistics deals valued at approximately $10M–$20M or more.
• Direct experience selling to health, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or personal-care brands is strongly preferred.
• A proven record of acquiring new customers and achieving or exceeding individual sales quotas.
• Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market consumer brands and retailers; five or more years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A strong understanding of B2C and B2B fulfillment, omnichannel distribution, retail requirements, returns, kitting, customized packaging, and other value-added services.
• The ability to explain complex solutions clearly and connect operational capabilities to customer growth, cost, and service objectives.
• Strong executive relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel up to 50%.
