Rejuvenate Rehab Studio is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. Work Environment

Your work will take place in our fully equipped rehabilitation facility, designed to support optimal healing and recovery. The work setting is onsite, allowing for hands-on interaction with patients and immediate access to collaborative support from our multidisciplinary team. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patients' progress.
• Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary modifications.
• Document all patient interactions and therapy sessions accurately using the company's electronic record system, ensuring compliance with documentation standards such as SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding the recovery process, including potential challenges and therapeutic interventions.
• Meet established minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within Rejuvenate Rehab Studio to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple therapy services.
• Actively promote the company culture and core values, serving as an ambassador for our vision and mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Rejuvenate Rehab Studio, we are dedicated to serving a diverse array of patients, including children and adults of various ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. Our clients may present with conditions ranging from orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation to neurological disorders. Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve understanding and addressing the unique circumstances faced by each patient, providing them with comprehensive and personalized care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.
• A willingness to deliver evaluations and treatments in person as well as remotely via telehealth, when clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting with a focus on pediatric and/or adult therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Background in conducting evaluations for a variety of physical therapy conditions.
• Competitive edge in skill set with specialized training in manual therapy techniques or use of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
