Full-time: $80,000-$150,000+ OTE

What You'll Do:

• Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads from our in-house mail-in lead program. No cold calling strangers from a list. 
• Build lasting relationships with clients in your community through a mix of in-person and remote consultations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding benefits questions and support
• Assist clients through onboarding and enrollment processes in a clear and structured way
• Provide accurate, timely responses and follow-up to client inquiries
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure a consistent client experience
• Help ensure each client interaction is professional, supportive, and solution-oriented

What We're Looking For In A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:

• Previous experience in life insurance, sales, account management, client relations, or financial services
• A self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
• A genuine desire to help people and make an impact
• An active life insurance license OR willingness to obtain one (we'll help you get there)
• Reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy and reliable internet
