Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Managing a team of employees remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee workflow, ensure compliance with billing procedures, and develop staff through training and performance feedback. Key responsibilities Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and develop work schedules Manage employee performance and provide feedback while ensuring staff training opportunities Monitor billing procedures, maintain data integrity, and conduct periodic audits for compliance Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred Familiarity with applicable service line programs, processes, and procedures Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred Excellent people skills
