A nationally recognized general contractor with deep roots in heavy commercial and industrial construction is staffing a short-term crane operator for an active project in western North Dakota. This is a direct placement on a structured project site with a firm start date and a clear scope — the kind of assignment where experienced operators show up, do the work, and get paid well to do it.

• $44/hour
• Per diem: $100/day, 7 days/week
• Forecasted 45–55 hours/week
• Duration: 90 days
• Start: on  06.22.2026
• Location: Dickinson, ND

Overview:

• Operate a 55-ton Tadano hydraulic crane safely and efficiently on an active commercial construction site
• Execute lifts per the approved lift plan, rigging charts, and site supervisor direction
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and document findings per company protocol
• Coordinate with rigging crew, signalpersons, and site superintendent throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, incident-free site presence for the full 90-day project duration

Preferred Skills/Experiences:

• NCCCO Certification (CCO) — TLL or equivalent for 55T Tadano — strongly preferred
• Current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 — construction
• Minimum 3 years operating hydraulic cranes in commercial or heavy industrial environments
• Documented experience with Tadano equipment
• Ability to read and follow rigging plans and load charts independently
• Clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Ability to mobilize to Dickinson, ND by start date
