Lead FCCS Consultant | Location: Hybrid | Contract

Seeking a Lead FCCS Consultant to join a high-performing EPM practice, focusing on complex financial consolidation and close transformations for enterprise clients. This client-facing leadership role involves driving solution strategy, leading implementations, and mentoring delivery teams within a dynamic Oracle FCCS environment. The position emphasizes strategic guidance, technical expertise, and client relationship management to support finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations for mid-to-large enterprise clients, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary client-facing lead, owning relationships and overseeing delivery outcomes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable financial consolidation and close solutions within FCCS.
• Design and configure FCCS modules, including consolidations & eliminations, ownership management, currency translation, and close and reporting processes.
• Oversee data integrations using Data Management and FDMEE, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and executive-level discussions to align stakeholders and drive project success.
• Provide strategic guidance on finance transformation and best practices in EPM.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across functional and technical workstreams.
• Support post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize system value.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise EPM delivery.
• Proven track record leading 5+ full lifecycle Oracle FCCS or HFM implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS).
• Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, business rules, data integration, and metadata management.
• Ability to operate as both a functional and technical leader.
• Experience managing teams and delivering in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and accounting principles.
• Oracle Cloud certification or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Narrative Reporting, Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS), and Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS).
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms.
• Exposure to broader Oracle EPM Cloud suite.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or similar.
