Senior IT Program Manager

Leading the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office, the full-time Senior IT Program Manager will oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects while fostering continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee project portfolio prioritization based on business value and resource availability, acting as a change agent within the IT organization Lead the planning and execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards using various project management methodologies Establish metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate project delivery quality and drive continuous improvement efforts across teams Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management Exceptional understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies Proven knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Agile) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-functional teams Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
