Customer Experience Rep II

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with prompt professional responses
• Triage emails, investigate issues, and process returns, credits, and rebills appropriately
• Manage order inbox and process orders from various channels to ensure timely shipment
• Monitor open orders daily and collaborate with teams on operational solutions
• Apply critical thinking to resolve customer needs while adhering to company policy

Requirements

• 2–4 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
