About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Global Head of Brand and Communications to play a pivotal role in shaping its global presence and guiding communication strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and refining the corporate narrative, developing a comprehensive communication strategy, and leading a high-performing team of PR, social, and internal communications professionals. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B communications in the fintech, technology, e-commerce, or payments industries, and a proven track record in media relations, crisis management, and executive thought leadership. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Global Head of Brand and Communications include creating impactful storytelling around significant corporate milestones, establishing a unified corporate voice, and ensuring maximum visibility for the company and its leadership. The role also involves overseeing social media strategy, employer branding, and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of experience in corporate communications or related fields, with strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire a team. They should be adept at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, marketing, and business development teams, to effectively communicate the company's technological innovations and market differentiators. The position demands an individual with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, and a commitment to fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
