Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in a multi-functional organization including corporate, manufacturing, operations, sales, and eCommerce Proven track record implementing HR initiatives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments Expertise in employment law, employee relations, compensation, and talent management Demonstrated ability to drive change management and culture initiatives Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics Experience with compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy Experience working with organizations of 200 to 500 employees or in a private equity-backed company (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
