Public Health Program Manager

Job Title: Public Health Project Manager Duration: 12 Months Rate: $65/hr. on 1099 Key Responsibilities Providing effective project management through the completion of the project Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) Regularly communicating with department senior leadership and staff Continuously collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Plan, develop, and express concepts accurately, and meet deadlines Assist in the review of deliverables Minimum Qualifications Must have an undergraduate or advanced degree related to health administration, public health administration, information management, informatics, nursing, economics, business administration, or related fields. Experience equivalent to substantial (three or more years of) increasingly responsible professional public health program work including, at least, two years of full-time supervisory work or program oversight. Required experience includes at least two years of grant management, contract management, project management, and finance management. Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint are required. Substitution of Education for Experience: Additional graduate coursework in a business or health-related field may be substituted, on a year-for-year basis, for one year of the required non-supervisory experience.
