Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapy services to pediatric and/or adult patients (depending on setting) Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies for carryover Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, physicians, educators, etc.) Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and ethical standards Requirements Required Skills/Abilities Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or license-eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in [outpatient / school / home health / SNF] setting preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Passion for patient care and clinical excellence Physical Requirements Ability to lift, assist, and transfer patients as required Prolonged standing, walking, and manual therapy activities Ability to demonstrate therapeutic exercises and techniques Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
