The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. Responsibilities Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via Data room. Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC updates. Onboard new Lenders in our Syndicate transactions. Assist on streamlining secondary trade settlements. Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates. Follow through with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses. Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Series 79, 63 preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Debt domain and Clearpar. Bachelor’s degree. Compensation & Benefits The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
