Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to serve as the central technical coordination point for high-complexity initiatives within our healthcare organization. In this role, you will lead the critical technical migration of our affiliate organizations into Workday, unifying our Finance and HR ecosystems (including benefits, payroll, learning, recruiting, and core finance modules). Operating in a heavily matrixed healthcare environment, you will drive collaboration across multiple business and technology delivery partners, manage allocated resources within tight scope constraints, and directly interface with executive stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Duties:

• Serve as the primary technical coordination point for complex initiatives, managing multiple workstreams and concurrent projects smoothly.
• Oversee the end-to-end technical migration of affiliate entities into Workday, ensuring successful implementation across benefits, payroll, learning, recruiting, and finance modules.
• Ensure all milestones from both business and technology partners are delivered, thoroughly vetted, and approved according to aggressive project schedules.
• Manage allocated hours, budgets, and cross-functional resources provided by multiple internal and external delivery partners while strictly adhering to approved scope.
• Manage communication and expectations with executive-level stakeholders, providing transparent technical risk assessments, project roadmaps, and health metrics.
• Mentor project team members, deliver constructive feedback, and foster a high-performance culture across disparate teams in a complex matrix environment.

Required Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or complex module rollouts, specifically within Workday Finance and HR/HCM ecosystems.
• 2+ years of experience explicitly managing data migrations, systems integrations, or affiliate rollouts for enterprise payroll, benefits, recruitment, or financial platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing executive-level stakeholders and navigating communications, scope discussions, and reporting at the VP or C-suite level.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing resources without direct authority in a heavily matrixed corporate setting.
• Healthcare Industry Experience Required 2+ years of experience in a healthcare, hospital system, or clinical technology environment, managing projects that adhere to strict data privacy and security requirements.
• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) plus 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related technical field is required.
