We’re hiring a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our Daniels medical waste transfer station team in Litchfield, IL . This is a highly physical, fast-paced role and a critical part of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload trucks daily , handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers
• Repeatedly lift 50–75 lb containers throughout your shift
• Push and maneuver  four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs
• Weigh incoming waste using our  Weighbridge system
• Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment

• Comfortable with  repetitive heavy lifting all day

• Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners

• Consistent work hours- Full Time - 2nd Shift (3PM to 11:30PM)
• Benefits: Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!
• Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week!
• Competitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $23.00  per hour!
