A health system in Hillsboro, IL is currently seeking full-time, permanent hire Medical Lab Tech MLT / Medical Technologists to join their team!Check out the details below: Title Medical Lab Technician or Scientist MLT/MLS Job Type Permanent / Direct Hire Setting Hospital – Inpatient - Generalist Location Hillsboro, IL Openings 2 Schedules Available Full-time, Sun-Wed, Nights: varying 8hr and 12hr shifts (9:45pm-5:45am or 5:45pm-5:45am) – No on-call! Full-time, Mon-Fri, Evenings: 2pm-10:30pm - No on-call! Pay $29-44/hr base pay plus applicable shift differentials, plus an excellent benefits package. Benefits PTO Free health insurance 401k with 150% match fitness membership STD LTD tuition reimbursement FSA life insurance Responsibilities Provide comprehensive laboratory testing for patients, ensuring patients’ laboratory results are accurate, timely and with quality Analyze patient, control and proficiency testing specimens and record results in a timely manner Calibrate, maintain, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation issues and complete appropriate documentation Requirements Associates / Bachelor Degree from qualifying programs for the ASCP MLS certification eligibility MLT, MLS or Medical Technologist certification with the ASCP, or equivalent (NCA, AMT) Minimum 1 year of Generalist / Inpatient Medical Laboratory experience strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
