Requirements Next Step: Click Here to Complete the Culture Index Survey (Required to be considered for this position) What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service Document service work accurately and completely Maintain and manage service tools and equipment Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed Expected Outcomes (KPI’s) Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Maintain high levels first-time fix success Deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships Maintain accurate and timely service documentation Meet productivity and service performance expectations Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth Background & Experience 3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license Material Handling Inc.’s commitment to you: A family owned and operated business that prioritizes well-being of employees.
