Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing CFY
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads highly preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and caseloads within a school setting

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward established goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation, training, and support to teachers and caregivers to foster a language-rich environment
