Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school settings or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student support
• Offer consultative services to staff and families for effective carryover of strategies in multiple environments
