Duration : 6 Months
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment directly and take action at the tool.
- Perform testing after maintenance to help recover equipment.
- Support equipment repair and maintenance activities.
- Follow SOPs and update documentation.
- Support equipment/process-related activities as needed.
Main Equipment
The most maintenance-intensive equipment includes:
- Laser cutters for metal components
- Vacuum furnaces
- Salt-bath heat-treatment equipment
- Oxide hoods
- Electro-polishing equipment
- Microscopes/scanning equipment
Top Technical Skills
Strong candidates should have several of the following:
- TF IQ / IQ validation experience
- AC electrical knowledge
- Robotics
- Pneumatics
- Controls
- Instrumentation
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Preventive/corrective maintenance
