This is a unique leadership opportunity offering the chance to earn a six-figure salary while working only two scheduled on-site shifts per week. As our Weekend RN Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, support staff, oversee resident care, and serve as a key member of the facility leadership team during weekends. Schedule On-Site Leadership Coverage Saturday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday: 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM On-Call Support Friday at 6:00 PM through Monday at 6:00 AM This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and the ability to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility during the rest of the week.
